The nurses, social workers, aides, and office staff were professional, knowledgeable, and caring during the 2 months that my grandma was under their care. The nurses especially take their time and took very attentive care of her and kept her comfortable in her time of need. Nurse Natasha was amazing and very supportive, my family is very thankful for everything she did. They provided valuable advice and support for my family during a very difficult time and answered calls quickly with courtesy and effective solutions. Extremely helpful in every way. Excellent and caring team of people.
Lena and Angel Palliative Care helped us take care of our late father. Their selflessness, attentiveness and kindness are undeniable. They were able to provide him the comfort and peace he deserved, and provide us with a piece of mind during that difficult time. We truly appreciate their dedication and service, and would recommend them to anyone who has a family member or a friend in need of humane hospice care.
If there were more stars available, this is the place that deserves it. They are amazing, caring, go the extra mile to help in any way type of organization. Took wonderful care of my grandfather and for that I am forever grateful. What I love is the administrator Lena takes her time to explain all the details and go over any questions you have. The program’s Director Lena and Hospice nurse Natasha offered us great compassionate care for our mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother at the end of her life. These wonderful people are truly “angels” who minimize suffering and bring hope. Lena was always there to offer us knowledge and advice in all aspects of care, and Natasha tirelessly showed up at the door to help with bathing, wound care, transfers, and anything in between. The support we felt was ever present. We would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs it.
